My New Motorbike Rocks!!!

Here is a beautiful picture of the sunset and scenery I saw as I was returning from a bike ride with Nick and his family. I had to take a picture. McCammon is only green during the spring!

Here is a picture of everyone helping to get the 4-wheeler over a fallen tree when the family went on a ride. Nick and Skyler collected smaller tree limbs and twigs to help the 4-wheeler make the adjustment over the tree. Success!

I broke my fender on the first day I rode my new bike. I wheelied back on myself while trying to climb a small dinky hill.

From Left to Right: Amber(NIck's sister), Nick, Me, Rachel (Nick's sister-in-law), Joyce

For Memorial Day weekend Nick and I headed to our annual Terry weeding party in McCammon, Idaho. His family owns over 2,000 acres out there of dry grass and sagebrush. Unfortunately for me, I didn't find out about this annual weed spraying tradition of the Terry's until it was too late. So every Memorial Day weekend now for the rest of my precious life will be spent laboring under the hot sun with a spray pack on my back and a shovel in my hand. (Not to mention a lifetime of worrying about being attacked by lyme-diseased ticks and deadly rattlesnakes.) However, let me get to the good part of this last Memorial Day. Amber, Nick's older sister bought herself a Yamaha 125 dirtbike and as soon as Nick and I arrived at the McCammon house we went to the shop with his family and were all admiring Amber's new bike. As we were standing there, Nick whispers in my ear, "You really want a bike huh?" I turned to him and said, "Yeah, of course I do! This is making me so jealous to stand here listening to Amber rattle on about her bike when she is probably never going to ride it because of her busy schedule!" Nick then proceeded to remind me for about the 10th time this year that we wouldn't be able to afford a bike for me until next year. I then said, "It would be nice for me to have a bike before we have kids however so we can go riding together frequently and so I can learn how to ride before I'm a mother." "Yeah." he said and the conversation was over. 10 minutes later he tells everyone, "I want to go look upstairs in the shop. Does anyone want to come with me?" "Nick, we have been upstairs in the shop a ton...Nothing has changed...It is dusty up there with old stuff lying around." I thought it was funny he wanted to go upstairs but didn't suspect a thing. Up the stairs we all filed to the dusty room above. There, to my surprise, was a Yamaha 125, clean and shiny, in the middle of the room. "Oh, that's weird." I said. "Somebody is storing their bike up here." "Yeah," Nick said. "It belongs to a hot blonde." That's when the reality of the moment hit me. After a few minutes of shock I began jumping around, screaming, and hugging Nick. It was great. Above are some pictures of me on my bike with some of the Terry clan.

Mother's Day

For Mother's Day Nick got me these beautiful spring roses, a card, and a football! I already have 2 footballs but they are youth size and I wanted a little bit of a bigger one. (I still don't want a man one though...I have a hard time getting my hand around it to throw it!) Nick is so sweet! It was a great Mother's Day. To everyone that thinks women who aren't mothers shouldn't be given a present on Mother's Day...Don't be ridiculous! Women should be honored for being awesome! We work hard to be good mothers, dauthers, wives, sisters, employees, athletes, students, and to simply be the best we can be! Mother's Day recognizes our hard work and good qualities! Yay for Mother's Day! (Yay for chocolate also!)

Terry Family Cook Out

Saturday night Nick and I went over to his parents house in Idaho Falls and had a cook out! It was a lot of fun! We made foil dinners and rode the 4-wheeler and motorbikes around. With us is Nick's parents, his brother Skyler, and Skyler's fiance Becky.

Golfing

For our anniversary I got Nick some golf passes so we decided to go golfing on the following Saturday...It was a gorgeous day (this means that it wasn't snowing) so we took advantage of it and golfed our hearts out! I am not a good golfer but Nick does pretty good. I brought the new camera Nick got me for our anniversary and we took some pictures!

Below are a few pictures of Nick and I as well as family!

Here is the most recent picture I have of my family. They are so fun!

The Kidz and the dogs. See that dog with the brown coat? Yeah, my Mom was tickling me in the kitchen and somehow in the process of that happening I ended up on the floor with Sounder's foot completely in my mouth! AGHHH! I stay away from that dog now.

I like the above picture of my sexy husband...He is hot!!!

Here is Nick and I in my family's van while we were visiting Yellowstone National Park two summers ago with my family. After sitting in the car all day with 5 of my siblings (and one in particular who wouldn't stop staring at me for a good hour or two) I was sure ready to get out of that car! (Nick sure had a good attitude about the whole thing though...Probably because he wanted to marry me at that point in the relationship already! :) )

Another cute picture of us at Yellowstone in front of a gift shop!

This is my cute little niece Kenadi! I love this picture of her!

This Will Be Interesting...

I just recently viewed a blog for the first time! I had no idea there was a whole world of bloggers out there! My older (but not necessarily wiser) sister Tara created a family blog and told me to check it out. Well, I did and was quite impressed. Since then I have viewed a few more blogs of people I know and have decided to try this thing out! It can't hurt I guess!
